Please read the instructions carefully. The deadline for receipt of submissions is Tuesday, April 1, 2003. In order to accommodate all time zones, the submission system will finally close at 12 am CET time on Wednesday, April 2, 2003.
All paper submissions must be in electronic form.
Please follow the following steps:
Step 1:
Create three separate files of your paper:
| 1. | Paper without author identification: A PDF file of your paper with all author information (including names and affiliations) removed. In particular, the title page should show only the paper title and date. Please also remove all information that could identify you in the "Document Properties" section of the electronic file. The file-size should be less than 4 MB. |
| 2. | Complete Paper: A PDF file of your paper with all author information (including names and affiliations). The file-size should be less than 4 MB. |
| 3. | Abstract: A word file that includes the paper title, all author information (including names and affiliations), and the actual abstract of the paper. Please limit the abstract to 450 words. |
| 1. | While creating your PDF files, please use the Distiller from Acrobat 4.05 or higher; and select 'Embed all fonts' on the Distiller Settings/Job Options/fonts menu. Failure to do so may cause font problems on other computers or printers. You can check your output for suitability if you uncheck the 'Use local fonts' option of the 'View' menu of Acrobat while examining the resulting file for missing elements (especially symbols, ligatures, Greek letters, brackets, etc. but sometimes elements as common as commas). |

Step 2:
Use the Paper Submission Form to upload the files and the corresponding author information. Please fill out the form completely before submitting it. The information concerning the bold items are required to submit the form.
