Due to the Frankfurt Book Fair (October 8-13, 2003) we are expecting a shortage of hotel reservation possibilities even in Mainz. For your convenience, we have made booking arrangements that are coordinated by the Touristik Centrale Mainz.
They offer accommodation and special hotel rates up to September 5, 2003.
Since our conference takes place during a period of increased demand for hotel rooms, the Touristik Centrale Mainz arranged booking options for 250 rooms in more than 15 hotels. Therefore they do not offer reservations to certain hotels, but to hotel categories.
